Passed away peacefully at the Gold Coast University Hospital
on Tuesday March 22nd, 2016 with her family by her side.

Beloved Sister of Susan, Brenda and Dorothy.
Dearly loved Grandmother to Jacob, Tava and Heath.

Family and Friends are warmly invited to attend a Graveside service for Carol
to be held at the Mullumbimby Lawn Cemetery, Poplar Street, Mullumbimby
on Friday April 1st, 2016 commencing at 10.30 am (NSW time).

In lieu of flowers, donations to Pets for Life Animal Shelter would be appreciated
with a donation box and envelopes available at the service.
