In loving memory of John thomas Pratt who sadly passed away on 8th April 2016

PRATT John Thomas
Originally from Leicester England and late of Cleveland.
John passed away peacefully at the Redlands Residential Care home Cleveland on Friday
the 8th of April 2016 at the young age of just 75 years.

John has now re-joined the love of his life and soul mate Barbara who passed before him.
John will also be sadly missed by his loving children Debbie and Tony, Michael and
Julie.

John or Poppy as he is better known will also be deeply missed by his adoring
grandchildren Rachel, Nicholas and Matthew who will always remember him for his
loving advice, endless teasing and tickles.

At this time John’s family would like to sincerely thank the Doctors, Nurses and support
staff of Redlands Residential Care for the love and kindness that they extended to John to
make his final years as happy and peaceful as possible.

John’s relatives and friends are warmly invited to attend his celebration of life farewell
service that will be held in the chapel of the Great Southern Memorial Park Crematorium
1774-1794 Mount Cotton Road Carbrook on Thursday 14th April 2016. John’s service
will commence at 10:00 Am
