Our condolences extend to family and friends of beautiful Ilisa.
We came to know Ilisa in the past couple of years through our close friend Yoon.
Ilisa would have to be one of the most genuine, gentle natured people we have met in our lives.
We love Ilisa for who she is and how she always seen the best in people without judgement and found a way to bring smiles to those around her.
Watching the happiness she has brought into peoples lives is enviable. May you rest in peace, you will be sadly missed but always admired. Xoxo Paul Georgia and kids xoxo

My deepest and heartfelt sympathy to Jane, George, John, Mel, Gen and Maddie, and of course to Paul and Christine. I have such wonderful memories of the times we spent together in Perth, with little Bear as she was then, and also of times in Melbourne with Bear as a young woman. Such a sweet soul. Jane, George and families, I share your grief from afar. Rest in peace dear Bear. Much love, Tracey

Bear kept me sane and loved me for me when we were in high school. She was the first person who saw me and liked what she saw. We spent so many hours passing notes, laughing and listening to music in her room while she drew pictures of butts on everything I owned. <3 My condolences to you all.

I taught Ilisa at the Elwood Neighbourhood House’s ARCS course earlier this year. She truly was a shining star in the group and I am stunned and saddened that such a beautiful, unique, wise girl with her whole life ahead of her has gone. Ilisa brought a lot of laughs to class, particularly when winter hit and we were all a bit glum or when the subject for the day was ‘dealing with angry customers and challenging phone calls’.
Keep shining Ilisa. 🌟

Ilisa diligently attended a course here at Elwood Neighbourhood house and a Tuesday and Thursday were always a good days because that's when Ilisa came and did a volunteer shift in reception. She was a beautiful neat fairy who tidied and arranged everything perfectly and was a whiz on the computer. Her skills and interest in Community was amazing. All the students and teachers in the class pass on our deepest sympathy to close family and friends who will undoubtedly be sadly impacted by this huge loss of life. May she rest in peace.
