Sherrie and family, I fondly remember my days watching Ray play footie at the Glenrowan club. Sherrie, you were always my best friend as we watched the boys play their matches. You were the one who taught me so very much about the aussie way and supported me being a young mum. My heartfelt condolences. Betty

My dear Friend Sherrie,
Even though we didn't see you very often you both have always been very special to us.
Living in Brisbane meant that we didn't see you often but when we did your welcome was genuine and loving and we thank you both for that.
Raymond being my cousin was therefore special to me especially and even though I was the noisy one and he the quiet one it was always great to catch up, and we had a great time together.
Can't quite believe that the time has come to say goodbye to Ray, I am so sad about this, but I am so grateful that he and you have been such a special part of my life and also Arthur's.
We send you our love and want to assure you of our prayerful support now and in the days and months ahead.
May you feel the loving arms of your family and friends through this time and remember how loved you are Sherrie.
