Passed away peacefully on July 3rd 2016.
The family patriarch has gone home to be with the Lord aged 85 years.
Dearly loved husband for 61 years of Hermina (Mies).
Loved and respected Dad of Frank, John, Alan, Peter, Andrew, Stephen and Anna.
Father in law of Louise, Jeanette, Faye, Karen, Robyn and Andrea.
Opa and Grandad to 27 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Now in God’s care. Psalm 121.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you as you grieve the passing of Johan. As you celebrate his life may you find comfort in the knowledge of God's love and the experience of His grace. I appreciated John's critiques each Sunday (even those I didn't agree with) his honesty and his love for Jesus. May his love for God continue to live on in all he knew.
