Passed away peacefully at John Flynn Hospital, Tugun on Thursday 3rd November 2016.
Aged 65 Years.

Dearly loved Husband of Janice.
Loved Father and Father-in-law of Tracey & Craig (dec'd) Blanch, Rachael (dec'd), and Kelly & Jason Yates.
Cherished Grandfather of Maghan, Erin, Matthew, Lily and Anabelle.

Loved Brother and Brother-in-law, Uncle, and Friend to many.

Family and Friends are warmly invited to attend John’s Funeral Service to be held at the All Saint's Anglican Church, Murwillumbah, on Monday 14th November 2016, at 11.00 am N.S.W.

After the service, the cortege will leave for the Murwillumbah lawn cemetery.
