Sincere condolences to dear Elza, Lilian, Adrian and extended families on the passing of our dear friend Frank. How does one come to terms with the loss of a dear friend and colleague. 50 years of friendship has passed with a mere blink of an eye. Knowing Frank from my childhood to working together at Ford, to building houses and sitting in display homes or the many times we just drove around Geelong , or just laughing and enjoying a drink while Liz and Stephanie were baking cakes or croissants. And then when Frank and Lil spent a few day’s with us in Nin Croatia we reminisced about the many memorable and happy times we spent together. Frank leaves a legacy built on an incredible work ethic and desire to succeed that was contagious . But most of all Frank was a very proud man, proud of his achievements and most of all his Family !!! Our love, thoughts and prayers are with Liz, Lilian, Adrian and your families .

You will be sadly missed my friend . May you Rest In Peace in God’s loving care. Till we meet again.

Marin &Stephanie and family.

Very sad to here of the passing of Frank. A man I had great respect for and appreciated the chance he gave me when starting my own business.
We met up and with a brief conversation and a handshake, that was the start of almost 25 years of doing business with Topić builders.
Frank was a doer and knew how to make things happen
He was a good man.
Rest In Peace Frank.

I’m sad he is no longer with us, and it’s hard to watch the pain my lifelong friend is experiencing at this difficult time. Rest In Peace Frank. Dear Topic Family,
Although I never meet Frank personally, I did hear some of his stories from Adrian, In such times its hard to know what words to write. The most significant gifts we have when a loved one passes is the time we had and the memories we make together. The laughter, the family/friends gatherings and the little moments we have together scattered through out our days. Sending my condolences to you all. X

I never met Frank but my mother Ivanka always spoke so highly of him. I remember Frank calling our place and having long conversations with Lilian when she was staying with us in Zagreb many many years ago. He adored his daughter and was very proud of “moji djecaci”.
Our deepest condolences to the family. We love you Lil.
Pocivao u miru.

Hey Frank,
Having known you since Adrian and I went to Kindy together, you were like a second Dad during my youth. Your work ethic, and my Dad's work ethic, has often been a point i reflect on in my journey to success. I still recall our last conversation. We were stiring Age up. He has stood by you during the tough times in life. He will always be the brother from a different father. You will always be the second father in my life. All the best up there mate. Give Anton a hug from me.

Dear Adrian, Lil and Mrs T. Love to you always.
