It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of Geoffrey, late of South Wangaratta on 23 August 2020.

He will be deeply missed, yet remain close in our memories and our hearts.
A tender thought that brings a tear.
A silent wish that you were here.

A passionate and instrumenatal member of the South Wangaratta Country Fire Brigade. His mechanical handywork was invaluable, but his warmth, hunour and unselfish willingness to contribute to the community, knew no bounds. He was also a terrific mentor. Lesley (Kerris), Captain Sth Wang CFA

  • Thanks for your kind words and thoughts Lesley. They mean a lot to us and that dad was much appreciated. It has been many years since we were at primary school together and it’s obvious that you followed in your father‘s footsteps. Congratulations on your posting as brigade captain. Regards Chris Watson

  • Thanks for your attendance and kind words at dad’s funeral Stewart. We really appreciated the effort that you made and the recognition of dads service to CFA. I wanted to thank you in person and tell of some of dads CFA experiences but unfortunately time slipped away. Regards Chris Watson.
