In loving memory of Kayla May Clapham who sadly passed away on 31st August 2016.
Loved Mum to Keely and Drew.
Much loved Daughter of Keryn and Dave. Special Friend to Stephen. Adored Sister to Brendon, Tabbatha, Melonie, Jackson and Joseph. Special Granddaughter to Katie and Norm Clapham.
Will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
Aged 31 years.
Relatives and Friends are invited to attend Kayla’s Funeral Service to be held at St Andrew’s Anglican Church, Zadoc St, Lismore on Thursday 8th September 2016, commencing at 11.30am.
Following the church service, the cortege will leave for Lismore Lawn Cemetery.
Donations to the Leukaemia Foundation would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
