HAYWOOD Jo Anne Theresa

Late of Sandgate. Jo Anne passed away peacefully in her sleep at Beaumont Care Kippa-Ring on Sunday 25th December 2016, early in morning. At the time of her passing, Jo Anne was just 56 years of age.

Jo Anne leaves behind her adoring children Nathan and Chloe, and daughter-in-law Jenna.

Jo Anne will also be sadly missed by her parents James (deceased) and Marjorie, and siblings Jimmy, Sue (deceased), Liz, Maryann, Jane and Nick along with her many nieces and nephews who love her dearly.

At this time, Jo Anne’s family, would like to sincerely thank the doctors, nurses and support staff of Prince Charles Hospital, Interim Care Zillmere and Beaumont Care for the love care and attention that they showered on Jo Anne to make her final days as peaceful and happy as possible.

Jo Anne’s family and friends are warmly invited to attend her celebration of life service that will be held in St Mary’s Bardon Anglican Church (290 Simpsons Road, Bardon) on Friday 30th December 2016. Jo Anne’s service will commence at 10:00 Am. Please come dressed in something blue to honour Jo Anne. After the service and in accordance with her wishes, Jo Anne will be privately cremated.
